Since you all know  it take a ton of money to pull something like this off –

We thought we would share a basic view of where we are at with our goals

and the money we have raised towards it to date.  And ask that you give serious thought to contributing to help us out in this endeavor:

2016 End of Year  Financial Status: 

We ended the year short $18090 from our expenses

in operating this endeavor, and the organization as a whole.

   It takes money to help fight these unjust issues related to our farms,  food, families, and freedom on as many different levels that we do. In addition to the cost of the events and actions that we undertake –

Financial overview for the Just Us Riders Program Only:

This is through January 1, 2017 – with notes and projections for 2017 in bold:

(note some are one time costs)

    • Food for Crew: $300 (this has gone up to $400 a month for 2017)
    • Critter food and housing: $500 (we have added to our critter count to better be able to facilitate larger runs and events and incurred some costs in doing so – we project the ongoing cost will be approx $100 a week to maintain them going forward – our critter count was reduced due to financial constraints – we would like to increase it should financial support allow it in 2017)
    • Phone / Internet for Crew: $170 (reduced to $110 monthly going forward in 2017)
    • Fuel / vehicle maintenance: $1000 (we need shocks/ struts on two of our main vehicles – as well as a power steering pump – this is materials only and with us providing the labor to do these needed repairs – In addition our vehicle liability insurance has increased by $40 per month –  making our monthly costs of about $450 – $500 –THESE COSTS ARE STILL NOT BEING COVERED AND VEHICLE IS IN DIRE NEED OF REPAIRS ASAP)
    • Crew Temp Housing and Utilities: $850 – $1000 (until tiny house is legal) (COMMUNITY HOUSE ADDRESSED THIS AT THE TOTAL COST PER MONTH FOR RENT AND UTILITIES OF $1200).
    • Tiny house repairs to continue to progress towards getting it licensed $500 (one time cost) (STILL NOT COVERED)
    • Cost of the 21 days of actions related to the election $2500 (one time costs) (ONLY DID ONE DAY OF ACTION DUE TO FINANCES – COST OF $150 WAS NOT COVERED OR RECOUPED)
    • Debt / loan payments due monthly $2000 (PAYMENTS ARE BEHIND BY SEVERAL MONTHS AT THIS POINT AND WE ARE TRYING TO RESTRUCTURE THE DEBT TO MAKE IT BETTER ABLE TO COVER PAYMENTS)

 

 

OUR WANTS IN 2017:

 

  • WANTS FOR 2017 – THAT WOULD HELP US BETTER FACILITATE WHAT WE ARE DOING:
    • BOX TRUCK / LARGE CAPACITY DIESEL PICKUP CAPABLE OF BEING USED FOR OR PULLING A TRAILER FOR A MOBILE SHOP AND ADDITIONAL CRITTER HAULING CAPACITY; (Local small business has a F450 diesel with low miles and would work for our needs for $10,000)
    • HORSE / LIVESTOCK TRAILER (local ones avail between $1500 and $5000)
    • 10,000 GVW Trailer for demonstration tiny house build to be used to house elderly indigent persons upon complication ( $2000 – $5000 local costs)
    • Service Vehicle for use with our various programs as our van is getting really beat up… (suitable one found for $1350)
    • Sign plotter/ screen printing equipmet
    • Cost of additional cameras for vehicles  to document the trip (to be mounted on the truck and secondary vehicle) $1000
    • We have found a trailer and started paring for it -that would work great for $2500 (down payment made balance owing $1950 (this is still owing and needs paid off ASAP)
    • Welder for truck (for repairs, and construction and used along the trip in neighbor to neighbor projects.)$2500
    • “Help Us Spread the Message” Business cards $125 (per 10000) (we were able to purchase one round the beginning of may and have already handed out 7500 of these cards! We purchased a second round and are already half way through those as well. WE WILL NEED MORE CARDS ASAP! )
    • Advocate Business cards to help raise awareness of this program – $125 per 10,000
    • Flyers $100 (Have not been able to do at this point but could really use during actions)
    • bumper stickers $50 (to sell – to raise awareness and support)
    • T Shirts $150 (Stock to sell – to raise awareness and support)
    • Brochures $100
    • 1500 watt Amplifier $950
    • Projector for truck $1000
    • Camping Gear (tents, sleeping bags, and hammocks) (some was donated 2016 additional gear still welcome and needed)
    • Monies for Areo/ Aqua Ponics system for truck $300
    • Monies To install truck worm farm
    • Monies to install mycology on truck / tiny house $100
    • Monies for chickens, pigeons, and rabbits for tiny house (WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT DONATED CRITTERS!)
  • Additional Months budgets will be posted along the route:
